Derrick White is the favourite to exchange Kawhi Leonard on Group USA for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Leonard’s participation is doubtful on account of ongoing knee points that sidelined him through the NBA playoffs.
If Leonard can’t play, White is taken into account the best choice to take his spot. ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported (h/t RealGM) that White is underneath severe consideration for the group.
White’s choice would place him alongside his Boston Celtics teammates Jayson Tatum and Jrue Vacation on the nationwide squad.
