The second assembly of the Method 1 Fee in 2024 occurred on April 25, chaired by FIA Single-Seater Director Nikolas Tombazis and Method 1 President and CEO Stefano Domenicali.
The fee mentioned subjects together with alterations to championship factors allocation, amendments to the Technical and Sporting Rules and pre-season testing for 2025, following choices offered by the Sporting Advisory Committee.
Championship factors
Fee members mentioned a proposal for adjustments to the distribution of championship factors, as described in Articles 6.4 and 6.5 of the Sporting Rules.
It was agreed that additional evaluation of proposed adjustments was required with a view to a proposal to be offered to the F1 Fee assembly in July.
