Case ICA-2024-05: Attraction lodged on behalf of Miko Marczyk Staff towards Resolution No. 6 dated 4 Could 2024 of the Stewards of the Rally Islas Canarias 2024 counting in direction of the 2024 FIA European Rally Championship (ERC)

On 4 Could 2024, through the Rally Islas Canarias (Spain) counting in direction of the 2024 FIA European Rally Championship (ERC), the Stewards acquired a report from the FIA Technical Delegate about Automotive No. 6 (Crew: Miko Marczyk / Szymon Gospodarczyk). In keeping with this report, the competitor used one tyre that was not on the listing supplied from the registered tyre provider which represented a breach of Artwork. 13.3 of the 2024 FIA Regional Rally Sporting Rules V1A along side Artwork. 7.1 of the Supplementary Rules. – put aside the Resolution No. 6 of the Stewards of the 2024 Rally Islas Canarias counting in direction of the 2024 FIA European Rally Championship;

– sanction the Mirko Marczyk Staff with a superb of 10,000 Euros.
