A banner yr for Russia’s Diana Shnaider continues on the ATP Tour. The 20-year-old will bid for her third WTA title – and third on three surfaces – on Sunday in Budapest, after defeating Eva Lys 6-3, 6-3 on Saturday.
Shnaider, ranked at a career-high No.28, will face Aliaksandra Sasnovich for the title.

134-ranked Sasnovich defeated Anna Karolina Schmiedlova, 6-3, 3-6, 7-5 – she is bidding for her maiden WTA title.
Shnaider, a former NCAA standout at North Carolina State College, has gained titles in Hua Hin (arduous court docket) and Dangerous Homburg (grass) so far in 2024.
